Description:
Project New government quarter Basement 2 with option on the E block - Qualification
Statsbygg wishes, in connection with construction stage 2 of the Project new government quarter, to carry out a qualification of participants who may be interested in submitting an offer for a turnkey contract with interaction for K212 Kjeller 2 with an option for the E block. Basement 2 includes a basement in a zone between the A block and Ring 1 and M0llergata. Area approx. 10,000 m2. Basement 2 is built as an extension of the basement established in construction stage 1 and in a fully blasted, secured and sealed construction pit established by Veidekke via their contract for Ring 1 with The Norwegian Road Administration. The basement areas contain operational functions, areas for goods and waste management, bicycle parking/cloakroom, basement under block E and a rotunda for driving access to areas in Basement 2 and areas established in construction stage 1. Basement 2 is accessed via a culvert from M0llergata. The bicycle parking will be established in a zone above Ring 1 after the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has rearranged (lowered) Ring 1. Above K212 Basement 2, a park and urban space will be built in project K213 Parken. A complete description of the acquisition can be found in the attached basis of qualification
