Description:
Project New Government Quarter K213 Parken
Statsbygg wishes, in connection with construction stage 2 of Project new government quarter, to carry out a qualification of participants who may be interested in submitting offers for a turnkey contract with interaction for K213 Parken. The task is to design the entire park from Akersgata in the west to Møllergata in the east, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, a total of 12,950 m2. Furthermore, the scope includes building the first part of the park that runs from Akersgata to and including Grubbegata, a total of 9,200 m2. Construction of part 2 of the park from Grubbegata to Møllergata, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, is included as an option. Other parts of the outdoor areas in the New Government Quarter project are also included as options. The same applies to the establishment of a descent ramp, bicycle parking and agreements on operation, maintenance and care.
