Description:
Short Description: Statsbygg wants to carry out the qualification of participants who may be interested in entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of media and broadcast equipment with associated services.
A framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier to meet the customer's need for the purchase of media and broadcast equipment, as well as associated services, for the establishment of press rooms, auditoriums and other larger assembly rooms in connection with the construction of new government quarter construction stage 1 (BT1) and with the same for construction stage 2 (Bt2).
Furthermore, the ministries' Security and Service Organization (DSS) and the other ministry community (see section 1.1.3 in the qualification basis) shall be able to use the framework agreement to make supplementary purchases and upgrading of existing press and larger assembly room:
- in existing buildings and other areas,
- as well as in a new government quarter when moved in and used.
The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option of an additional 1+1+1+1+1 year, a maximum of up to 7 years in total, from autumn 2023 to autumn 2030.
