Description:
Project planning services for the development of Kvinesdal football and sports facilities Kvinesdal municipality hereby invites a competition for advisory services for planning and setting requirements for the work to be carried out at Kvinesdal stadium. The acquisition applies detailed design and preparation of a complete tender basis in accordance with NS3420 for execution contracts. The contract for the assignment is according to NS8402 General contract provisions for consultancy assignments remunerated according to elapsed time. It shouldn't an architectural competition or feasibility study is carried out. Nor are new main concepts to be developed, based on the illustrations available today. The chosen advisor must further develop and project the measures and functions that have been outlined earlier, with adjustments, optimizations that are appropriate and clarified in collaboration with the client to get a holistic solution.
