• Expression of Interest are invited for provision of specific goods/services for the NPA D MAD Programme Norwegian People-s Aid (NPA) invites interested suppliers (/service providers) to apply for the inclusion in the roster of NPA preferred suppliers. Suppliers are invited to express interest and provide information about their products, services, resources, qualifications and experience. Eligible suppliers included in the roster may be invited to respond to a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of specific goods/services for the NPA D MAD Programme in Iraq. Rostered suppliers may be subjected to additional review of eligibility and qualification at the time of solicitation through request for quotations (RFQ). EOI submission should include: 1. EOI letter with the organization-s letterhead/logo, signed by authorized official, demonstrating general capacity, qualifications and experience. 2. Business brochure / catalogue of goods/services. 3. NPA Supplier Application/Registration Form, dully filed and signed by authorized official. The NPA Supplier Application/Registration Form and the list of NPA requirement capacity areas/ product categories can be obtained, and any queries addressed by email to . The EOI submissions should be sent by email to the same email address stated above with EOI 23721001 in the email subject line. The submission must clearly state the category of requirement capacity areas/ product categories that the supplier is interested in. The submission deadline is: 12th May 2021. There will not be reimbursement for any costs for the preparation or submissions. This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of NPA, either financial or otherwise. NPA reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without informing the affected applicant/s of the grounds. Submission of the EOI does not constitute an obligation by NPA to include any company in the specific roster, neither does it assure that a solicitation exercise will be undertaken in due course.
