- Purchase and delivery of sustainable bio-fuel oil PURPOSE AND SCOPE The service shall cover Oslobygg's need for documented sustainable bio-fuel oil without palm oil, which is reported in excess of turnover requirements through the purchase and delivery of bio-fuel oil to all properties in the company's portfolio that use biofuel oil for heating. Oslobygg has approx. 2.8 million square meters of property and constantly new projects in the portfolio. The requirement specification includes an overview of the assumed number of properties that use it bio-fuel oil for heating. Our properties have approximately 50 buildings with this need. The overview is not exhaustive, and it must be taken into account that there may be properties that are not in the overview. The client points out that the estimated value is based on historical data and expected future needs. The estimate is indicative only and does not imply any obligation for the Client. Expected consumption of bio-fuel oil is in the order of 600,000 - 700,000 liters per year, spread over approximately 50 properties. It the expected value of the framework agreement will depend on price developments in the market for bio-fuel oil, temperature conditions in the period and the development in the number of properties with bio-fuel oil as a heat source in the Client's portfolio. It therefore ties in big uncertainty of the estimate.
