- Short description : The Ministry of Industry and Fisheries (Ministry) is considering awarding new aquaculture concessions at auction. The Ministry has commissioned the Directorate of Fisheries (Directorate) to facilitate simultaneous clock auctions, with the option of selling any remaining capacity. Dthe directorate needs external consultancy services to find the most efficient way to sell the capacity and to carry out the auction on behalf of the ministry. Within this time frame, two simultaneous watch auctions will be held. In addition, there will possibly be some need for the consulservices in the period between auctions.
