Purchase of contractor service for conducting Refstadparken (1)
As of now, the park has the working title Refstadparken. It is the district committee in Bydel Bjerke who finally determines the name of the park. The park should be a Attractive measure with large, green landscape areas. Refstadparken is an important contribution to preserve and to build the green structure in an area characterized by many gray and hard surfaces. The park is intended as a place of recreation and activity, and should also act as an attractive route to, and through L0ren/0kern for soft road users. The park at 0kern will contribute to the beautification of the neighborhood and better overwater management. The reopening of closed streams and rivers is an effective measure to handle climate change with more and more powerful rain, and make Oslo an attractive, blue -green city. Together With the green areas already at 0kern today, the new park will have flood -damping function.
