- Tr0ndelag county council, at the Dental Health section, needs to enter into framework agreements with private dental clinics (cf. Appendix 5) for the purchase of services for patients with substance abuse addiction in Trondheim. According to Section 1-3, first paragraph, letter e The right to the necessary dental health help in the county they stay in, when, due to substance abuse, they receive one or more of the following offers: • Personal assistance • Relief measures for relatives • Medicines assisted rehabilitation (LAR treatment) The need for purchase of this service is that Tr0ndelag county council currently does not have sufficient capacity to provide a good enough offer under its own auspices to this group.
