Appendix 5) for the purchase of services for patients with substance abuse addiction in Trondheim. According to Section 1-3, first paragraph, letter e The right to the necessary dental health help in the county they stay in, when, due to substance abuse, they receive one or more of the following offers: • Personal assistance • Relief measures for relatives • Medicines assisted rehabilitation (LAR treatment) The need for purchase of this service is that Tr0ndelag county council currently does not have sufficient capacity to provide a good enough offer under its own auspices to this group.
