The acquisition forms part of BYM's operations and tasks in making Oslo a safe, beautiful, green and active city. Blomsterl0ken is set up in central city centers aroundt The National Theatre, the City Hall, as well as Frogner Park, Inner and Outer City. The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of onions to specified addresses in Oslo and is set up by the operating contractors for the park.
