Oslo municipality at the Planning and Building Agency (hereafter called the client), invites you to an open supply competition in connection with the purchase of consulting services Overwater management and flood protection with case analyzes forAction 4 in the cloudbreak plan. The Planning and Building Agency (PBE) is responsible for this measure and sees the need to develop a better basis for decision on how flood and overwater risk can be handled in vulnerable areas. In the project there is a need to build knowledge of diet/benefit assessment and associatedFunctional requirements that can be used at KVU of known or risky objects/areas in Oslo (case areas). We need to say something about how much flood injuries costs, as well as what functional requirements need to be made in order to make decisions about when a building or area must be made to make decisions.is safe. PBE has identified three case areas in Oslo with repetitive challenges related to overwater.
