Purchase of plumbing services The purpose of the procurement is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable providers and offers for the purchase of plumbing services. The framework agreement applies to installation, repair and replacements in in connection with plumbing installations within the professional field of plumbing. The supplier must have the competence to carry out all kinds of professional plumbing work related to the municipality's buildings. The delivery must be carried out in a cost-effective and environmentally and socially responsible manner manner.
