Purchase of power for grid loss and delivery obligation, balance responsible
The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 69,000,000 ex. VAT annually. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Before we refer to the procurement documents for further information. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulations. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is cut off from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DF0's environmental guide. The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. section 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded with the fact that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement, as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or apprentice certificates, cf. § 6 of the Apprenticeship Regulations (3).
