Description:
Purchase of printing as a service The client must enter into an agreement with a supplier for copying and printing for the entire BIR group. The delivery will be linked to document printing and document scanning at all BIR locations during the agreement period. BIR's locations is spread beyond BIR's owner municipalities, so that some travel for installation/service and maintenance must be taken into account during the agreement period. For information about the BIR's existing printers, see the appendix Office printers in the BIR as of October 2025. First order for delivery to can be counted on in the first quarter of 2026.
