Description:
Innlandet county is planning a new competition for a framework agreement for purchase, repairs, service and maintenance of internal and external sun screening. Innlandet Fylkeskommune (IFK) would like, via this prior information notice, to examine what thoughts and input the supplier market has in relation to the attached draft of the tender documentation, draft of the price form and contract draft. In particular we think about the price form, award criteria and qualification requirements. See point 4 below and the attached documents for further information. The contracting authority can have a dialogue with the market in the planning phase of a procurement. The intention is to get input on the need and for the design of the tender documentation. When the final tender documentation is first published, there is little room to make changes. The supplier market is therefore encouraged to give input to the contracting authority ́s described needs and questions. Furthermore, input can be given on other areas that are relevant for the procurement. The hearing deadline is 8 March 2024.
