- The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is requesting tenders for the delivery of secretarial services for ROADEX Network. ROADEX Network is a collaborative forum for sharing knowledge between different partners/organisations that handle the management, operation and maintenance of road infrastructure. The countries currently involved are Norway, Sweden, Finland, Scotland, Ireland and Iceland. The assignment is to be a resource consultant for ROADEX Network. The purpose of the secretary is to help the partners to move forward with the collaboration, recognise synergies within the collaboration, manage the secretariat on a daily basis, carry out new projects on behalf of the partners and provide guidance to the partners on topics related to low-traffic road management and ROADEX technology.
