Description:
Purchase of services for kindergarten operations
The procurement is carried out to ensure private operations of two kindergartens in the Frogner district (BFR) and two kindergartens in the Gamle Oslo district (BGO). Separate contracts will be entered into for BGO and for BFR. Each district is responsible for following up its own delivery. The kindergartens in question in Frogner are in operation and there is a need to maintain the offer for children who have a place in the kindergartens, in order for the municipality to be able to cover the need for nursery places in the area. The kindergartens in question in Old Oslo are located in an urban development area, and are important for the municipality to be able to offer social infrastructure to those who move into the newly built homes. The client will enter into a contract with one supplier per district. The estimated value of it individual contracts appear below: District Estimated value District Gamle Oslo 250 million NOK District Frogner 580 million NOK The client points out that the estimated value is based on the contract's provisions on fixed price, and the current distribution between big and small children, cf. the contract's section 8.2
