- Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling (REG) shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of various steel containers. The framework agreement has a maximum value of NOK 20,000,000 ex VAT over four years. The requirement specifications and the tender documentation are attached, and REG particularly wants feedback on point 5.2.2 in the Tender Documentation. The point concerns how the award criterion quality (environment) shall be evaluated, and REG would like concrete feedback from the market on the formulation of this point. The requirement specifications and the tender documentation are available for orientation, but we can also comment on this. The plan is to announce the competition itself as soon as we have received feedback and taken into account any comments we receive. The estimated publication date is in the medio April 2024.
