- Purchase of a wheeled excavator Purchase of a wheeled excavator - SIMAS IKS SIMAS IKS is to enter into a contract for the supply of one complete wheeled excavator for operation at SIMAS' facility in Festingdalen, Kaupanger. The machine must be prepared for use upon delivery, inclusive necessary documentation in Norwegian, training of operators, function tests and acceptance test. The acquisition includes a wheeled excavator in a weight class of approx. 18-20 tonnes, with functions, specifications and equipment as stated in Appendix 1 - Requirements specification (Excel). This includes, among other things, engine Stage V, hydraulic and steering requirements, safety system, driver comfort, lighting equipment, operating characteristics, HSE requirements and options. All technical and functional requirements in Appendix 1 are binding minimum requirements. The supplier must offer complete machine ready for operation, including SIMAS-based training, annual inspection and service during the warranty period, and guaranteed response time for fault handling and service, cf. requirements in Appendix 1. Delivery must be carried out DDP (Incoterms 2010) SIMAS Kaupanger. The competition host carried out as an open tender without negotiation in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) Part III (over the EEA threshold). All communication and submission must take place via KGV (Artifik). Qualification requirements must documented by ESPD in KGV, and includes legal establishment, economic and financial capacity, as well as technical and professional capacity, including relevant references and documented workshop network in Vestland.
