Description:
The contracting authority is a group of network companies and invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the purchase of helicopter services. The group consists of Vestall AS, Elmea AS, Noranett Hålogaland AS, Noranett Hadsel AS and Noranett Andøy AS. In addition the Contracting Authority would like Lofotkraft Produksjon AS (org.nr. 987 081 414) and Vesterålskraft Produksjon AS (org.nr. 977 044 863) to be able to make call-offs on an agreement signed between the Contracting Authority and Helicopter Company.
