Description:
Tysvaer municipality -TK- wishes to enter into a framework agreement contract with one supplier who will have primary responsibility for planning, procurement and implementation of welfare technology as mentioned in the competition documents. The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years 1 1 option year. The acquisition must lead to an agreement on purchase and/orller hire of equipment that constitutes safety-creating services for: Health quarter in Aksdal. There will be a building with 120 beds divided between nursing homes and care homes with adapted staffing. Note: Calls beyond phase 0 of the framework agreement are subject to the realization of the Health Quarter. This will ber known ila. autumn 2024 according to interaction phase and the result of this, as well as budget processing. Options - the supplier must confirm that one can take care of the desired options: Welfare technology for home residents in the municipality. This includes care homes that are not connected to an institution, as well as private homes. Belowrandstunet: Today an institution with 20 places, which has been decided to be converted into care homes with adapted staffing. It is currently unclear which organizational model and technology will be chosen here. Respite housing and housing measures: The municipality currently has 4 housing measures, a day care unit, and a reliefning institution.
