Qualification Microsoft LSP
The Ministry of Labor and Welfare (NAV, hereafter called the client) has made major investments in connection with their existing Microsoft portfolios and will therefore continue their established portfolios at Microsoft. Microsoft technology is tightly integrated in Client IT solutions. The client has Enterprise Agreement (EA/SCE) with Microsoft for the purchase of Microsoft maintenance, cloud services and software. The agreement expires October 31, 2027. The agreement shall have flexibility so that the client himself decides when to phase out/in old/new Microsoft technology. The acquisition applies to all software and cloud services covered by the Microsoft portfolio. The basis of competition requires LSP status, cf. the first requirement in Appendix 1. The value of the framework agreement is estimated at 520 - 640 MNOK excl. VAT. For the entire contract period, including duration options (2+1+1) year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 750 MNOK excl. VAT. over four (4) years.
