Qualification Phase-IK-EEA 054-2025 Operating agreement Data communication and transport network
Bergen Municipality is planning a competition for the procurement of a new agreement on the provision of services related to data communication and transport networks. New agreement will replace the current agreement. Today's agreement includes the delivery of data communication and transport networks used by employees and workplaces of approximately 650 locations in the municipality of Bergen. The duration of the agreement is 6 years, with options for extension. The agreement includes: Establishment and operation of communication lines to Bergen Municipality's locations, including data centers. Establishment and operation of IP-VPN service, for safe transport of data between the municipality's locations and data centers. Establishment and operation of SD-WAN, or similar service (s), on top of the IP-VPN service. Internet access from data center, as well as customer sites in need of Internet Breakout. Associated safety functionality to safeguard digital security related to the above services. Additional services related to service delivery and counseling.
