Description : Tensio TS AS, Tensio TN AS and Linea AS are the customer to this contract. Arva AS is participating through an option. The customer has decided to reorganise the current management and monitoring of their power grids. This will in the future be managed by the common entity referred to as "NewCo".
The customer wants to replace the current SCADA and ADMS systems to operate the power grids secure and smart, enable interaction and collaboration. It must be possible to combine data sources for use in advanced analysis.
The contract is divided into three parts; establishment project, delivery- and termination phase. The delivery in the establishment project must meet the requirements for the solution in the establishment project. In the delivery phase, the solution shall be further developed towards the purpose of the solution and the customer can also purchase additional standard cloud services to comply with the objective of the solution.
