Short description: NAV currently has no system support in the work on the allocation, budget and forecast processes, or the follow-up of these. Today's processes to handle allocation, budget and forecast are therefore performed using Excel and other Office Tools. Nav needs to acquire a modelable budget and forecast system, which can support the overall allotment, budget and forecast processes. The acquisition of such a modelable system solution for allocation, budget and prognosis must make it possible to establish comprehensive and effective end-to-end solutions that both automatically and manually support the work of allocation, budget and forecast throughout the agency.
