Description : NAV currently doesn't have system support for allocation, budget, and prognosis processes, nor follow-up of these. Current processes for managing allocation, budget and prognosis are therefore carried out with the help of Excel and other Office tools.
NAV needs to procure a modelable budget and prognosis system that can support the total allocation, budget, and prognosis processes. The procurement of such a modelable system for allocation, budget and prognosis will make it possible to establish comprehensive and efficient end-to-end systems that both automatically and manually support the work with allocation, budget and prognosis in the entire agency.
Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers can submit parallel pre-qualification applications. These are individual pre-qualification applications with the accompanying documentation that must be submitted separately.
