Description:
The procurement concerns the purchase of electric vehicle charging stations which shall include establishment, operation and maintenance. inner Østfold municipality. The framework agreement shall cover the need for charging in public places, as well as charging service vehicles. The aim is to facilitate a comprehensive system for charging infrastructors in Indre Østfold municipality, with a particular focus on the contract being cost saving, efficient and that in the contract period can be opened for possibilities for new and better systems. Tenders shall be submitted for the delivery of charging stations. Tenders shall include: 1. Assembly of complete free standing charging stations/charging points at the described Locations. 2. Programmable system for registering consumption, fee rates and payment. 3. Service and operations contract The framework agreement applies for the products in the requirement specifications, the attached price form and closely related products. In instances where there is doubt as to whether or not a product is "closely related" or not, the contracting authority's contract officer will make the decision. The number of charging stations will not be removed in total, but as needed at the contracting authority. The needs planning will be carried out between the tenderer and the customer by the start of the contract.
