Health Central Norway's technology enterprise (HEMIT) aims to procure a solution for service management, a project for the introduction of this as well as management services during the contract period. Service Management The solution should contain functionality for Hemit's case handling of cases from users, internal operational and management processes, and tools for keeping track of equipment, software and services. The solution will contribute to improved customer service for Hemit's customers Through: More user -friendly solutions for end users and caseworkers enhanced Overview of equipment, software and service restaurants Solution to cases, improved orchestration and automatization using artificial Intelligence enhanced case flow between the customer and suppliers/partner's flexibility in adapting to new and changing needs in the organization provided must allow HEMIT, after training that is included in the supplier's deliveries, with their own employees can drive continuous improvement and expand the platform use to new areas , among other things by functionality for low-code/no-code.
