The contracting authority for this contest is Sykehusinnkjøp HF [Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust]. The contracting authority implements the procurement on behalf of Oslo Universitetssykehus HF (OUS), avdeling Kreftregisteret (KRG) [Oslo University Hospital Trust, Dept. Cancer Register]. Starting in autumn of 2023, the Cervical Screening Programme is able to offer women the opportunity to take an at home test instead of being tested for cervical cancer at their general practitioner's/gynaecologist's office. This requires sending out home testing kits (sample collector, test tube, informational materials and secondary packaging) and in order to implement this KRG, the party responsible for administration of the Cervical Screening Programme, is in need of a turnkey contractor.
