Description : The purpose of this procurement is to establish a contract of service with a laboratory for the in vitro and in vivo testing for contaminations for the establishment of a Master Cell Bank of a lentivirus-transduced human cell line. The cell line will be used as feeder cells in the production of a cell-therapeutic product for cancer therapy. We will need in vitro and in vivo testing for virus and other contaminants according to EMA and FDAs guidelines for raw materials for production of cell-therapeutic products. The product should be tested for: sterility; viral safety testing for human, bovine and porcine virus; adventitious agent detection; mycoplasma; replication competent lenti virus.
