R0005EBE - Framework Agreement Control of Fastening Documents
1.2 million sqm of building stock, and is tasked with meeting Bergen Municipality's need for premises. The total property mass is distributed to 8 districts. The bulk of the property stock consists of approx. 100 schools And 60 kindergartens. In addition, nursing homes, administration buildings and sports facilities come to meet the municipality's need for ongoing maintenance and operation of the property stock, Bergen Municipality has the intention of entering the framework agreement as soon as possible with a supplier for both ordinary (expert) and expert control of Fastening devices, as well as installation of new sports equipment if needed. The agreement is intended to meet the needs of the buildings that are managed by the agency for building and property at all times, but other agencies will also have the opportunity to use the framework agreement if needed. The framework agreement includes annual control (security and condition assessment) and maintenance of fasteners on fixed equipment indoors in gymnasiums, sports facilities, swimming pools and cultural halls, as well as control of fasteners for fixed fall protection equipment on the roof. It is specified that the control applies to the actual fasteners, and not control by the equipment itself. eg.
