R0006EBE - Framework agreement for the delivery and installation of fences, gates, and sheet metal and welding work
1.2 million square meters of building stock, and has the task of meeting Bergen municipality's needs for premises and outdoor areas. The total property mass is spread over 8 districts. The bulk of the property consists of approx. 100 schools and 60 kindergartens, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, sports and harbor facilities, with associated outdoor areas. Some of the buildings are listed/worthy of preservation with antiquarian value. To meet the agency's needs for upgrades and maintenance of the building stock, the municipality of Bergen intends to enter into framework agreements with the EBE with a supplier for the delivery of welding and sheet metal work, including various works in connection with the delivery, assembly and repairs of fences, gates, grates and various metal structures that the agency needs. Other agencies, such as The Swedish Sports Agency and the Urban Environment Agency will also be able to use the framework agreement to a lesser extent. The total contract value is estimated at NOK 5.0 - 7.0 million (excl. VAT) per year. The total upper ceiling for withdrawals is 32 MNOK (excl. VAT) over 4 year.
