R0009EBE - Framework agreement for maintenance and service of heat pumps, cooling, freezing and dehumidification systems
In order to meet the municipality's needs for ongoing maintenance and operation of the property mass, the municipality of Bergen, at the Building and Property Agency (EBE), intends to enter into a framework agreement with two suppliers for delivery of service, ongoing maintenance and repairs of the municipality's overall refrigeration and air-conditioning facilities. This includes heat pumps (air/air, air/water and liquid/water), dehumidifiers, ventilation systems (type 36.03 etc.), freezing and cooling systems, condensers for freezing and cooling systems, as well as fan coils/air coolers. The framework agreement shall also include the acquisition and installation of new facilities within the same categories when the municipality has a need for this. The framework agreement shall be divided into two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 includes work in the districts of Bergenhus, Arstad, Asane and Arna (assumed to amount to approx. 60 % of estimated volume). Subcontract 2 includes work in the districts of Fana, Ytrebygda, Laksevag and Fyllingsdalen (assumed to amount to approx. 40% of estimated volume). It is specified that the distribution of volume on the two subcontracts is only an estimate, so that the actual distribution may differ to a significant extent.
