Description:
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] will divest approx. 90 residential properties during the 2023-2026/27 period. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] invites tenderer(s) to submit tender offers for the following separate locations within residential brokerage: - Framework agreement for residential brokerage in Oslo - Framework agreement for residential brokerage in Rygge Framework agreement for residential brokerage in Øvre Romerike. The assignment only concerns residential property brokerage, and includes the following aspects: The real estate broker must assist the contracting authority throughout the entire process from planning and preparation of the sales assignment until the residence/property has been sold and the real estate broker has carried out settlement including registration of the title deed, etc. - The real estate broker must assist the contracting authority with settlement and consultancy assignments, including contracting an appraiser for direct sales. The assignment is described in more detail in Part III, Annex 7 of the tender documentation.
