- The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's ServiceNow cloud platform shall be continued and further developed. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall establish ServiceNow on-premise on a closed/classified platform. The framework agreement will be for the establishment, development, management and maintenance of the on-premise platform. The contract shall support the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency as a business satisfying NSM's fundamental principles and see to other needs within the Enterprise Service Management. The framework agreement is exclusive. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 (three) years, with an option for an extension for up to 1 (one) year at a time, up to 4 (four) times, maximum duration of 7 (seven) years. Based on the current need, the framework agreement ́s estimated value, including all options is NOK 350,000,000 excluding VAT. Due to uncertainty connected to future defence policy and strategic choices, as well as financing, the maximum value of the framework agreement, including all options, is NOK 550,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimates do not represent any purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority. The competition will be held in two stages. Tenderers who would like to participate in the competition must first submit a request to participate in the competition by the deadline stated in Mercell.
