Whether the procurement defense buildings need to enter into a framework agreement that will deal with the implementation, development, operation and maintenance of the Defense Building Servicenow platforms. Defense building Servicenow-Skyplatform should be continued and further developed. Defense building will establish service On-premise on closed/graded platform. The framework agreement will deal with the establishment, development, management and maintenance of the on-premise platform. The agreement shall support that Defense Buildings as a business satisfy NSM's basic principles, and meet other needs within Enterprise Service Management. The framework agreement is entered into with 1 (EN) supplier. The framework agreement is exclusive. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 (three) years with the possibility of extension for up to 1 (one) year at a time, up to 4 (four) times, maximum duration 7 (seven) year. Including all options 350,000,000 NOK excl. VAT. Due to uncertainty associated with future defense policy and strategic choices, as well as financing, the maximum value of the framework agreement including all options is 550,000 000 NOK excl. The estimates do not entail no purchase obligation for Customer.
