The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency carries out approx. 250 recruitment processes a year with normally three or four candidates per process. The long term plan for the Norwegian Armed Forces/The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency suggests stepping-up and it is anticipated that there will be an increase of how much will be spent on the contract each year. It is estimated that the annual use of the contract will be between NOK 650,000 - 1,250,000 excluding VAT.
