- The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall enter into parallel framework agreements for engineering design services for Andøya. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to three tenderers. Tenderers are, in this connection, invited to apply for prequalification to the competition. The announced total value is estimated to NOK 700 million excluding VAT. The competition is for a competition over the EEA threshold values set in the Regulations on Defence and Security Procurements (FOSA) and it follows the rules in this regulation's part I and II. This is a competition form with a prequalification, which means that only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements will be able to submit tender offers. Applications shall only be submitted for prequalification with the accompanying documents, see the tender documentation Part I - "PHASE 1 - Prequalification Phase", point 7.2. The selected prequalified tenderers will then have access to the complete invitation document in PHASE 2 - tender phase. Tenderers will be informed here of the deadlines for submitting tenders, as well as requirements for the tenders. An information meeting will be held in phase 2 - the tender phase.
