• R01906 - Framework agreement Machinery and winter maintenance - Terningmoen area Framework agreement for machine contractor services including vegetation clearing and winter maintenance in the following geographical areas: Region ØST, district Innlandet, area Terningmoen - Elverum municipality. Note! A similar competition has been announced for the Jørstadmoen area (R01930). If the tenderer submits an offer for both sub-areas, fulfillment of the qualification criteria for the sub-areas will be evaluated in the following order: R01906 Machinery contractor incl. winter maintenance Elverum municipality - sub-area 1R01930 Machinery contractor incl. winter maintenance Jørstadmoen - sub-area 2 In order to be awarded a contract for both sub-area 1 and sub-area 2, one must have sufficient resources to fulfill the qualification requirements in both areas. This means that if the tenderer is assigned to sub-area 1, and then does not have sufficient financial solidity and resources to meet the qualification requirements in both areas, then the tenderer will not be eligible for participation in sub-area 2. That is that this results in rejection from sub-area 2. Another example is if a tenderer wishes to deliver an offer in both sub-areas 1 and 2, then it can be done with the same professional resources. From the order determination, it follows that if you are awarded the contract in sub-area 1, you will not be eligible to participate in sub-area 2 with these same resources.
