Tenders are invited to rebuild Husebylaven - interaction

Short description: Lillestrøm municipality shall establish new culture and activity building in the existing barn at Huseby farm. Husebylåven is an older barn building from the 20th century, and part of a total cultural environment on Huseby farm in Lillestrøm municipality. The project intends to transform the Husebylåven to a modern cultural center and venue with premises for exhibitions, music, dance and stage generations, activity kitchen and meeting rooms. The exterior should not be changed substantially, there is an entrance zone from the east and an outdoor area in the west. Inside, the ground floor must be filled with meeting place, activity kitchen and a saddle for the performance, dance and performing arts. Associated support functions such as wardrobe / toilet, warehouse and technical rooms should also be built. The rod part on the ground floor should not be touched. The implementation contract will be politically treated before final signing.
