- Rebuilding - Namsskogan Municipal House Namsskogan Kommune v. Blom Arkitekter AS hereby wishes to invite contractors to offer a turnkey contract in connection with the rebuilding of Namsskogan Municipal House. Namsskogan Municipal House mainly collects municipal administration, with office space for employees, changing rooms and meeting rooms. The building consists of three floors, basement, 1st and 2nd floor. The total usable area (BTA) is approx. 1523 m2. The building was built in two different periods. The oldest part (axes 1-7) was built around 1965, while the newest part was built in the 1980s. The two parts are built and function as a unified unit. The basement is mainly used for technical facilities, storage, support functions and meeting rooms. 1. and 2nd floors mainly contain offices, meeting rooms and assembly rooms in varying sizes. Planned redevelopment will facilitate improved indoor climate, energy efficiency, as well as space-adapted rooms/solutions. The existing heating system is to be replaced with a liquid/water heat pump system with an associated well park.
