Recruitment assistance county directors
Nordland County Council will now advertise 2 management positions. County director for finance and organisation, and county director for education and skills. The two positions have different areas of responsibility and require different skills. It is likely that relevant candidates are in different sectors and networks. The client therefore allows suppliers to choose to offer recruitment services for one of the positions, if it is most appropriate based on their specialization and network. This means that a separate evaluation is carried out for each assignment, and it will be possible to award contracts to different suppliers for the two assignments. The offers will not be assessed together, and no advantages are given for submitting offers for both assignments. The client wants assistance with the entire recruitment process. This involves candidate searches, direct contact with candidates, selection, reference checks, conducting interviews, documentation of the process. The client wants a close dialogue about method, procedure and implementation of all phases in the recruitment process.
