- This assignment aims to review measures that can be taken so that the Nordic countries fulfil obligations in the EU's proposed case for critical raw materials. The assignment consists of three parts, of which two are options. Part 1 deals with article 25.1a of the case, and assesses how to increase the collection of waste with a high content of critical raw materials, and how these can be recycled in Scandinavia. Part 1 will form the basis for part 2, which will go into more depth on recycling critical raw materials in Scandinavia. Part 3 will deal with article 25 on circularity as a whole, with a particular searchlight on the other elements of article 25.1 in addition to recycling.
