Reference standards and consumables for clinical pharmacology at Helse Bergen Hfwill be used for the section for medical and drug analyzes at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Pharmacology (MBF) at Haukeland University Hospital. The section performs drug and drug analyzes in serum, full-blood and urine. There is routine operation, but also some R&D activity. The section disposes of 12LC-MS/MS instruments, 2 HPLC UV instruments and one HS-GC-FID instrument. In 2024, the section received 27,000 serum samples for drug analyzes, 6500 samples for analysis for full -blood immunosuppressants and 22000 urine samples for substance abuse analyzes. It is currently performed on routinely analyzes.over 100 substances, and it must be expected that the substance list will be extended.In serum, benzodiazepines in serum and full -blood immunosuppressants are currently used commercial calibrators and controls.
