Refersecurity broker, framework agreement
Exfinen hereby invite interested parties to submit tenders for facultative mediation services for reinsurance/insurance. The appointed broker will serve as a dealer and broker between exfinely and the private reassurisight market when/if exfinely seeks reinsurance/insurance coverageOn their loans and/or guarantees on a facultative basis, and will be subject to an insurance contract, which is already in place with ex -ex -existing panel of seven reassmen/insurance companies. On request, the appointed broker will also be ex -phin's broker in connection with any extensionof the reinsurance/insurance panel. The purpose of reinsurance/insurance will be to reduce the concentration risk in exfent loans and/or guarantees. The estimated value of the acquisition is NOK 0 - 10,000,000 excl. VAT. per year. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options andExpected price increases are NOK 60,000,000 excl. VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can fluctuate both up and down and will depend on factors such as the client's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework conditions during the contract period. This procurement is considered to have negligible impacton climate and the environment, in accordance with section 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulations.
