The Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-DIR) shall enter into an agreement with one supplier on the delivery of a modern, user-friendly and scalable registration system. The solution will handle registration for events, participant communication (SMS/e-mail), check-in, invoicing and reporting. The system will support both free and payment events, and be integrated with HK-DIR's financial system Unit4 ERP.
