- Rehabilitation of Giskehallen I - E01 Building subjects Sandnes municipality invites a competition for the rehabilitation of Giskehallen I. This announcement applies to subcontract E01 Building trades. The following building-related works are included in this the contract: • Construction site administration and progress control of subcontract E02 Technical subjects • Prepare progress plan and incorporate E02 Contract for technical delivery • Overall responsibility for coordinating the health, environment and safety (HSE) work on the workplace (main company) • Rig and Operation • Demolition for site preparation • Foundation work • Concrete work • Concrete constructions • Steel constructions • Tile work • Carpentry work • Window work • Door work • Locks and fittings • Thatching work • Plumbing work • Metal work • Painting work • Flooring work • Ceiling work • Fixed building fittings • Building related work for plumbing • Building related work for EL • Demolition • DEMOLITION • Options mezzanine. Giskehallen I will be cleaned and prepared for the planned start-up on the construction site in May 2026. The hall will be closed and not in use during the construction period. The swimming pool and Giskehallen II will be kept open during the rehabilitation. The supplier must have the capacity to complete the contract item no later than 8 October 2027 (deadline).
