Description:
Rehabilitation of Sæterstidammen Rehabilitation of the Sætersti dam. In essence, the following measures are planned: • Demolition of the existing frost wall and reconstruction of a new frost wall. • All the pillars must be reinforced with external casting and new anchoring bolts rock on the downstream side. • A new arrangement for water level measurement is established. A manual measuring scale is mounted, which is placed vertically on the upstream side of the dam. • Injection works in rock by the pillar towards the spillway. • Cracked pavement on footpaths is removed and concrete damage is repaired. • Vegetation along the dam's downstream side is removed, so that the concrete/rock transition is exposed. This is to ensure the possibility of inspection along the entire dam's transitions to rock. • Rehabilitation of valve chambers: o Dismantling of existing ones intake arrangement downstream dam plate. Establishment of a new intake arrangement, including valves and associated components. o Demolition of the existing floor on the ground and re-establishment of a new floor on the ground. o Dismantling of existing cut/blocked drain pipe and drain line. Re-established with new pipes and components.
