- Short description: Ringerike municipality invites to open offer competition with negotiation and dialogue according to section II of the Regulation II § 9-3 1. The competition includes demolition and remediation of three larger buildings, as well as a small building in Ringerike municipality. The buildings The municipality will demolish is an older school building in Hønegata 9, a house and a barn in Kragstadveien 41 and a larger school building in Osloveien 2. There are new environmental remediation reports and waste plans for the buildings and associated facilities. There is also a smaller toilet building (67 m2) , located in Søndre Park to be sanitized, as this is less than 100 m2 there is no remediation report on this building. These are also still reserved for financial coverage for demolition of all the buildings after political treatment in early June.
