• Rent multifunction machines - print as a service_2. time announcement The client invites tenders for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the rental of multifunction machines - print as a service. The agreement must cover the client's needs for printing, scanning and copying. As this is "print as a service", there is no requirement that the machines must be new/unused. The rent must include delivery, installation, commissioning in the client's network, all use of the machine, service, maintenance, support/training and return of machine when changing the machine, return of the machine when the need at the user site ceases and return of the machine at the end of the framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years with an option for the client to extend the agreement by 1+1 years. An agreement must be entered into with a supplier. A complete description of the delivery follows from the appendices to the tender documents.
